This event takes place in autumn, both for the extraordinary quality of the local white truffle and other food products which are present in the exbition area (selected meats, oil, honey,etc…), both for the prestigious location in the heart of the historical center of Gubbio.

During the exbition market there are guided tastings, demonstrations, exhibition of local artists and concerts.
